Denny Grimes - President - REALTOR®

Denny has been selling homes in the SW Florida area for over 30 years and is a respected real estate agent/expert, one that offers an unparalleled range of expertise to home buyers, sellers, builders and developers.
Denny holds numerous real estate designations, as well as a MBA in Marketing. He and his team have sold well over a half-billion dollars of residential real estate with annual production as high as $150 million.
Denny has been the top selling agent in his office every year of his career. He attributes that accomplishment to his attention to the customer, establishing himself as the market expert and his work ethic (Denny starts his day at 3:05 am.
He is the annual keynote speaker for The News-Press Market Watch, one of the largest real estate programs in the country that attracts between 1,000 and 2,000 attendees each year. He also has a regular TV segment on a local CBS affiliate called Real Estate Matters and is a contributing real estate expert for local and national media. His keen wit and sense of humor make him not only a crowd pleaser, but a crowd favorite. He is currently writing a book on real estate success axioms.
Denny’s passions include speaking, flying, running marathons and half marathons with Kristan Cole, his wife, and on the more sedimentary side, movies and Broadway Plays. The three most recent additions to his bucket list are to complete an Iron Man, run the London Marathon and play a round of golf without a three-putt green, which he says may be the most difficult of the three.
Morgan Grimes - Gateway Manager - REALTOR®
Morgan is the 3rd generation in the Grimes family, born and raised in Fort Myer, FL. She attended ESC Elementary School and Ft. Myers Christian Middle School where she broke the 100 yard dash in track in 13.1 seconds and won a Christian scholarship award for outstanding leadership. She attended Bishop Verot in 2000 and played varsity basketball for 4 years. She made “Top Point Guard” in the state of Florida her junior year making it to the final 4 two times.
Morgan went to FGCU in 2004 and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors in Science degree. She also interned at Action Coach, Harley Davidson Corporate office in Ft. Myers.
Morgan received her real estate license her Certified Property Expert (CPE) designation in 2009 allowing her to help sellers get through a successful short sale. From July 2014 to July 2015 sold 43 homes and did over $8 million in sales.
In July of 2015 Morgan became a Broker Associate and opened a new branch office in Gateway called the “Sales & Information Center” located at 11900 Fairway Lakes Dr. in Gateway.

Tony is a Fort Myers native & graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business & Management. He has been licensed in Real Estate since 2006 & brings with him a solid background of professional sales ranging from a leasing manager & Collegiate Properties sales associate to a professional clothier for Tom James Custom Apparel.
Tony was recently married on June 13, 2015 to his lovely wife, Paige, & they had their first baby girl on July 10, 2016. “Family is everything to me. My wife is my best friend, my strength, my motivation, & everything I could ever want in a person. Being a dad is the greatest joy of my life and is something that is indescribable. My mother, who is also a successful real estate agent in SWFL, is my hero & taught me to always be passionate about what I do. I believe in having pride in yourself and the things you do to earn respect.”
Tony likes being a part of the SWFL community by being involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, SWFL Gator Club & the Associate Leadership Council for the Keller Williams Realty Naples office. He also enjoys playing golf, football, the beach, Crossfit, fashion & anything in the water. Tony is a huge UF Gator Football fan.
He is recognized by the Women’s Council of Realtors as a top producer since 2013. Sold 59 homes in 2017 and did over $18 million in sales. Recognized in 2016 as the Top Listing Specialist for the Keller Williams South Florida Region.

dale moved to Naples in 1976 originally from upstate New York. She spent the earlier part of her career in the fashion industry prior to moving into banking and finance. She then joined a mortgage banking firm where she was quickly promoted to the District Sales Manager for Lee and Collier County.
It is her passion for people and helping someone attain their goal or dream, that drives her. With her in depth knowledge of the area, finance/mortgage background and sales experience, it was a natural transition for her to get into the real estate business.
She loves the outdoors and is happy that her family and grandkids live in Naples as well. On weekends she enjoys Harley riding with her significant other, Joey. Cyndi Myers - REALTOR®
Cyndi comes to us from Ann Arbor, MI and brings 10+ years of real estate experience to the Denny Grimes team. She takes great joy in helping people find their dream life style in Southwest Florida. She draws upon on past and present skills to represent buyers or sellers to deliver a stress free real estate experience. Cyndi has lived in Southwest Florida for more than 10 years and loves showing her clients all that the area has to offer. Whether her clients plan to move to the area or are looking for an investment opportunity, Cyndi helps them to identify their needs and ensure that they reach their anticipated outcome.
In addition to her 10 plus years in real estate, Cyndi has worked as a Medical Esthetician, a Senior Account Executive for a progressive rehab network, and an Office Clerk at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan. Her hardest but best job of all has been raising her Children who are now adults.
Cyndi is married to Ron and has a blended family of 6 children and 7 grandchildren. She is active in her church, enjoys playing tennis, teaching Zumba, biking, ballroom dancing, spoiling her grandchildren and watching the sun set.

Ron spent more than 25 years in direct-to-consumer marketing. He was a senior marketing leader with experiences in all aspects of direct marketing: strategic business and marketing planning, market research, campaign design, testing, analysis, customer marketing database design and implementation, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and customer segmentation. These disciplines were applied across several industries: catalog, retail, automotive, and credit card marketing with companies such as Spiegel Catalog, World Book Encyclopedia, Sears, and American Blinds, Wallpaper & More.
In 2015 he left the corporate world and is on "re-firing" his career in Southwest Florida. He obtained his Real Estate license and with his wife Cyndi have joined Denny Grimes & Company. And when that's not keeping him busy he has started a Wealth Coaching business helping individuals realize their dreams by introducing them to and coaching them through the tools and processes that allow them to get out of debt and start on a path to building wealth and leaving an everlasting legacy.

Anthony Papagni - REALTOR®
Anthony Papagni, originally from the Metro Detroit Area, has been exposed to real estate his entire life! Both his mother and his father have been real estate agents for 20+ years. Anthony played many sports in high school including soccer, basketball, and running track, and was recognized for his leadership and discipline by being named the Captain of the Sprint Team both his Junior and Senior year. After graduating from Lake Orion High School in 2010 and attending Central Michigan University to obtain his BS in Psychology, he followed in his parents footsteps and earned his real estate license in Rochester, MI when he was 20 years old. Anthony was fortunate to learn the importance of a great work ethic by starting his first job at 14 years old in the restaurant industry, and has carried that work ethic and discipline with him into his real estate career. Originally from the Mid-West, Doug now calls Cape Coral, Florida home. Doug started in South Florida Real Estate in 2005, selling homes and condos for a $300 million luxury live-work-play development where he was the #1 selling agent on the team.
Previous to working in real estate here in SWFL, Doug worked in technology sales for a Fortune 500 company, ADP, where he won numerous awards including 'Top Sales Person in the Nation'. His corporate clients included: Fender, PF Chang's, PetSmart, Oakley and QuikSilver.
Serving others has always been a big part of Doug's life and he brings that same passion for service to all his real estate clients. Doug Co-Founded Chicago Cares volunteer organization with three others. Today the organization helps the needy throughout Chicago by providing over 20,000 volunteers annually serving 200 projects per month.
When he is not helping families find their dream homes, Doug enjoys spending time with his extended family who live all through out Naples to Sarasota, as well as golfing, kayaking and fishing.
