Morgan is the 3rd generation in the Grimes family, born and raised in Fort Myers, FL. She attended ESC Elementary School and Ft. Myers Christian Middle School where she broke the 100-yard dash record in the track by running it in 13.1 seconds and won a Christian scholarship award for outstanding leadership. She attended Bishop Verot in 2000 and played varsity basketball for 4 years. She made “Top Point Guard” in the state of Florida her junior year made it to finals 4 times. Morgan went to FGCU in 2004 and graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s in science degree. She also interned at the Action Coach, Harley Davidson Corporate office in Ft. Myers. Morgan has been a Gateway resident since 1994. She played soccer at the Gateway Soccer Assoc. from the age of 8 to 14. She worked at the Boulevard Tavern during college and is currently a member of the Gateway Golf and Country Club as well as on the membership committee for the club. Her latest project was starting a new BNI Chapter in 2015 (Gateway Business Leaders) which has helped generate over $200,000 in referral business for the group. Currently, there are over 28 members and it is one of the fastest-growing BNI Chapters in S.W. Florida. Her father, Denny Grimes was the first Realtor to sell in the Gateway Community in 1990 and he has sold over 700 homes in Gateway ever since. Morgan received her real estate license and her Certified Property Expert (CPE) designation in 2009 allowing her to help sellers get through a successful short sale. From July 2014 to July 2015, she sold 43 homes and did over $8 million in sales. In July of 2015, Morgan became a Broker Associate and opened a new branch office in Gateway called the “Sales & Information Center” located at 11900 Fairway Lakes Dr.
