Tammy Hoogstad was born in Hagerstown, Maryland, and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, where she graduated from Fort Myers High School. With deep roots in Southwest Florida and a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit, Tammy has always had a passion for building businesses, connecting with people, and helping others achieve their goals.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Tammy owned and operated several successful businesses, including a daycare, nail salon, and landscaping company. Her experience as a business owner taught her the importance of hard work, communication, attention to detail, and providing exceptional customer service—qualities that have carried over into her real estate career.
For the past 20 years, Tammy has helped buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence. She has recently relocated back to Southwest Florida to be closer to family and is excited to once again call the area home. Having grown up in Fort Myers, Tammy brings both extensive real estate experience and a personal connection to the community and lifestyle that make Southwest Florida such a special place to live.
When she isn’t working with clients, Tammy enjoys spending time at the beach, attending concerts, being with family, and exploring everything Southwest Florida has to offer.
