Gateway Communities
There are currently over 16 communities in the Gateway area. From single-family homes, executive coach homes and condos with a variety of amenities.
Popular community-wide amenities include an Olympic-sized swimming pool, soccer complex with six fields, the Gateway Fun Park and over 15 miles of trails for walking, jogging, and biking. Other Gateway amenities include an aerobics studio, baseball field, basketball court, clubhouse, fitness center, lake, picnic area, playground, tennis court, tot lot, and a volleyball court.
Bristol Parc
Bristol Parc built by Pulte and offers approximately 138 single-family homes.
Cypress Cay
Cypress Cay built by Pulte is a single-family community of 180 homes and Cypress Cay has its own community pool which is included in their HOA.
Daniels Preserve
Daniels Preserve built by Mercedes and Lennar Is a gated community of 215 single-family homes.
Devonshire Lakes
Devonshire Lakes built by Beazer and Gulfcoast and is a community of 90 twin villa homes, many with water view. Devonshire does have its own community pool.
Hidden Links
Hidden Links built by WCI Is a community of both single-family homes and coach homes. This community is known for its fantastic golf course views.
Magnolia Lakes
Magnolia Lakes built by Beazer and has 116 home sites. The community is gated and includes a playground area. All homes are single-family and have three-car garages and offer properties that back up to a conservation area or water.
Pinewood Lakes
Pinewood Lakes Offers tree lined streets of 59 single family custom homes built by Rottlund.
Silverlakes
Silverlakes built by Lennar and includes 315 single-family homes and 14 villa homes. The community is gated and features its own clubhouse, pool, and fitness center.
Timber Ridge
Timber Ridge built by WCI is a gated community offering Single Family homes.
Timberwood Preserve
Timberwood Preserve is a new home community built by WCI with 43 single-family homes. Inventory homes are available and also vacant home sites offering the opportunity to build.
Royal Greens
Royal Greens is a gated condo community that offers living choices from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Royal Greens has its own pool, indoor basketball court, fitness center, community center, and walking paths.
Waterford Village
Waterford Village Is a community of 109 homes built by Rottlund and Niemann Homes offering both preserve and water views. Waterford Village does have its own community pool.
